Structural Steel can be fabricated against customer supplied shop drawings. Alternatively Adwest Group can provide shop drawings from architectural and structural designs.
The company also has the ability to process reinforcing mesh and bar in large quantities enabling construction site costs to be reduced and to help avoid lengthy lead times.
Welding is a combination of MIG and Flux Cored and is carried out to strict quality standards and approved weld procedures.
Adwest Group can arrange for surface treatment including, galvanising, blasting, wet painting and powder coating. In addition non destructive examination and testing can be carried out.
All material can be traced back to certification from product manufacturer and where required full Manufacturers Data Reports can be produced to customer specifications against individual work packages or site areas. Information included in these reports include Quality Plans, Scope of Work, Welding Procedures and Qualifications, Material Certificates, Non Destructive Examination Reports, As Built Lists, Delivery Dockets.
